day 2: roseburg, oregon to berkeley, california 448 miles
yesterday we drove all the way from roseburg to berkeley. we had planned on getting to berkeley today but we made it last night, even with a really nice long lunch/playground/shopping at the co-op break in ashland. ashland is fricken beautiful. and all the mom's at the park were just swinging their boobs around. the most nursing friendly park i have ever been to. so nice.

and check out this picture ange took of mt. shasta.

i know you've probably heard this about 209384234 times already, but panda is SO adorable!

i'm quite jealous that you get to travel around the country, even though it's probably really tiring. i was talking about going on a roadtrip the other day with my friends, but we're all broke! so keep the pictures coming :]

i was really excited that you'd nicknamed Panda Mt. Shasta but then i scrolled down and realized the caption referred to a separate photo.

I love when I see mamas nursing in public. My kiddo is three and a half now. We quit nursing when he was 16 months, and I sure miss it. Whenever I am like gushing about how much I love your music I always have to add that you nurse your toddler. You Rock!

oh i'm so happy you liked ashland! my beautiful beautiful town (i live in olympia now, but ashland will always be home)
that park is very happy too...i was there one day and there were like 5 puppies frolicing! however, panda is cuter than those five puppies combined.

Ashland is great. We've been there before for the Shakespeare Festival, and plan on returning this year.

And wouldn't it be great if the whole world was nursing friendly? We're still going strong at 2.5, though she's cut back quite a bit. It's the best to have a group of people who support your same parenting values. Adorable picture!
