big robot and kitty totes!!!
I painted 5 bigger totes for the new and improved Great Crap Factory and they sure are silly!!! Go look at em at least.

Panda's Uncle Hukee opened a store too. Her store is HERE.

Her creatures are hand sewn with so much love out of very very nice materials. Panda looooves her Hookie Spooky!!!

I found your livejournal through your website and Yes I did just hear of you because of the movie. Butthat can be a good thing. I just want to say that I think it's really cool that you still do the normal thing and not just hide from the world like "famous" artists do. When I heard some of your music in the movie I hadto research you.

I love the fact that you have this, how do I put this, I'm your friend singing to you type thing. Like it's not all profesionally done you know? That's what brings me to love it. So were is this shop you are making these bags for? Just curious to were you are located. Well thanks for listening

When you wrote Butthat it took me a minute to realize you meant "But that" and not "Butt hat" Which I thought was fucking hilarious because you are right a butt hat can be a good thing :)

lol it took me a min. to figure out what our talking about too...
I just found out that your having a cd release party on the 15th of Jan. in Brroklyn. I'm from South Jersey so it's not that much of a ride so my friend and I are gonna head up for it. :)

hi! sorry for the outburst but i am glad you are on earth. your music makes me feel things i usually keep very quiet in a very dark spot of my heart. thank you for helping me live. i have been an admirer for years & i just saw juno and, really? i felt proud. proud of you, proud of myself, proud of everyone, just for being here. for the first time in years, i am happy. thanks for joining me.

It's cool you're over on etsy now, and even cooler that you added me as a 'fave', after all you are my number one celebrity customer! I've been hatching plans to get over to see you, but I don't know if they'll come to anything as I keep finding things I need to spend the money on, rather than plane tickets, but i'm plotting away...will keep you posted.

I've been listening to your music for over two years now, and, listening to it, it still makes me feel the same as when I first put the disc into my CD player (back when I was anti-iPod and wearing extra large jeans so I could fit my music in my back pocket while I shelved, back when my now-boyfriend was my then-Library Friend, talking to me in between bookcases and slipping me your CDs, back when I was still figuring out exactly who I wanted to be). It made me feel strong and hopeful and wonderful. I made the mistake of listening to Hold My Hand at work and had to excuse myself to the bathroom to avoid my coworkers seeing me sitting at my desk, crying while looking at graphs of crop distribution. Your songs are beautiful and powerful and, though they will always be your songs first and foremost, manage to connect with most everyone, making them feel strong and hopeful and wonderful.
I second hellarad's sentiment: I am so glad that you are on this Earth.

so I went to go see the movie Juno last night, completely unaware that you had songs in it...

Congratulations!

I was so psyched to hear you in there. I even made a loud, "Oh! Kimya's Singing!" - which made everyone look, but I felt super cool being the only one in the theater who knew who you were and proudly sang along.

I even had a few people ask me for your name so they could look you up.

Pretty sweet... and kick ass movie too...
