okay, we get it...the director of FEMA was a lying idiot, BUT how did he get the job? who hired that man for such an important job? when i got hired at Razzleberries you better fucking believe they called Haagen Dazs to make sure i knew how to decorate an ice cream cake. why weren't this man's references checked and double checked? QUIT GIVING HIM ALL THE CREDIT FOR FUCKING THIS SHIT UP. somebody wanted his buddy to have the job and got him the job without checking his qualifications. or maybe they did check. and didn't give a shit. i bet they laughed and patted him on the back. HE ISN'T THE ONLY PERSON WHO DIDN'T RESPOND FAST ENOUGH. MR. BUSH SHOULD HAVE BEEN SUPERVISING AND SEEN THAT THINGS WEREN'T HAPPENING AND CHANGED THINGS. HE IS ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE. HE IS THE FUCKING PRESIDENT.
