i fell asleep at 8 o'clock last night. slept pretty solid until about 2:20, then was up on and off for the rest of the night. i did some middle of the night knitting. and some middle of the night harry potter reading. i stayed in bed until 9 though. except to pee a couple times. haven't rested that much in ages and it felt good. i just did laundry and had a smoothie and some veggie booty. i found a new soy yogurt that is unsweetened and delicious and sour like acidophilus. mmmm. it's called wildwood. the fruit kind is sweetened but the plain kind isn't. yum. swimming in the lake with merce, orla, and alisa was so fun yesterday. i talked to my mom today and she is on a morphine drip and in tons of pain. oh the bumpy road to recovery. i am going to go to katrina's in a bit, and try to go see the bitty baby. then i am going to drive to oly to have dinner with hukee before the radio show.

i am almost 400 pages into harry potter. my birth certificate just came in the mail. katrina's "just one night" foster baby will be with her maybe as long as a month. i am about to leave to drive to olympia. sure wish i could drive and read at the same time. and eat dinner with hukee and read at the same time. and play on the radio and read at the same time. and sing karaoke and read at the same time. sure hope my driver's license gets here tomorrow.
