after my show yesterday i went to orca books and just walked around the store until they closed. then last night me and hukee went and watched barbara lynn and she was soooo good and i got a polaroid of me and her and she signed it for my mom. now i am in seattle at katrina's house. i am super tired. what's new? it's funny how i can tour non stop and not feel tired or anything, but as soon as there are external concerns--my mom, moving, stolen stuff-- i just shut right down. i am burnt the fuck out. and i am glad i have no shows any time soon. i just wanna get home and paint. thirsty and tired. all the time. golly damn. does anyone have any fun surveys?

It's because music ('specially yours) is relaxing. I mean, you don't prance around the stage with an electric guitar on high distortion and bleat your lyrics at the top of your lungs...that's what makes performance tiring.

The most tired I've ever gotten from playing acoustic guitar is a left wrist pain or a right arm pain...

my wrist hurts, got any applesauce?

no shows anytime soon...sad sad...but I hope you use the time to HAVE FUN...because you are a worker bee and all that and this time is for kicking back...went with hubby and our youngest Brad and his friend to Cedar Point and had fun on the rides even though it rained most of the day...I thought of you and how much you love coasters...
Pat and Ben and NAVAR start their tour this week...like I said before...maybe after your break you can do a show or two or more with them...that would be GREAT!
