So, I took the day off (day before, technically) yesterday to go shopping with Boho. We went to the mall on Lansdowne St, and held onto each other for dear life. I don't mind malls, unless I'm actually shopping in them. Didn't help we are silly stoner kids and were high as kites. Malls are disorienting and freakishly full of people on a good day, and this was a Saturday afternoon three weeks from x-mas.

She and N have broken up, but are still friends, which is a huge fuckin' relief to everyone. Boho has quickly become my better half and most excellent companion. That is to say, she's over at the house all the time, so it's good that I love her to bits and bites.

Today though? Today was fuckin' snowy. Like, "Holy shit!" snowy. We probably are getting/have gotten around 60 cm, maybe 75?

That's right. Fuck you Imperial measurements. Fuck you to death.

So anywho, I walked to work, as I usually do, which is got-dang dangerous in Petey-bo when it's been snowing. This city is so not pedestrian friendly. The sidewalks had so much snow on them that if you wanted to get anywhere, you have to walk on the road. The snowy, narrow road full of irresponsible drivers who hate people on bikes and their own two legs. It's a dangerous place to walk, much like the wild side!

Took me about 20 minutes to get to work, by that time I resembled a snow monster. I had snow on my hoodie hood, snow on the fur of my Russian hat, snow on my scarf, snow on my butt from falling down so got-dang much... I also have some nice bruises and aches from wiping out. It's all the joy of the walk, though towards the beginning I was tempted to give myself a four day weekend.

Stupid responsibility.
