Okay, it's 2am, just got back from NYC and let me just say: THE CROWD WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AUDIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF BEING A PART OF.

Jesus fucking Christ. One of my best friends left with a dislocated arm after someone tried to shove past him, and when Jess went after him she lost her spot in the pit for good.

To make it worse, the bar up front did not actually extend all the way to the wall. It left a good 4 foot gap where the single security guard had given me and two other people the permission to stand. And while it was an amazing view because we were in fact in front of the gate, the security guard ended up leaving to take care of a kid who got hurt in the back and then people began shoving everyone forward and practically into the poor camera men.

It was really very awful. VAMPS was wonderful and amazing in every way, but shit. I even left one song into the encore because I couldn't deal with how ridiculous the crowd was.

I think I'm ready for bed.
