So it's 8am and I have to get ready for school. Ever wonder what the hell I do in the morning? I kinda hope not. Anyway, I woke up too early and I decided to watch some TV. Every freaking wednesday I watch pokemon on YTV. It's not even a good show anymore (probably because I'm not 10 years old) but I watch. I only caught the end of it today, though. It was a cliff hanger. I fucking hate cliff hangers. Anyway, this super rare pokemon stole the small kid and meowth and took them up in the sky. I kinda wanna see what happens next. How lame is that?

In other news: I don't have an apron for work right now. I gave mine to Vanessa on saturday and I'm not sure where she put it. My manager is such a tool and he for sure won't understand my story. Not to mention, I want to finish early today so that I can do all my stupid midterm work.

More stuff? My snug piercing is infected. I'm REALLY sad about that. It fucking hurts and it's gross. I take such good care of it. I clean it every day and I don't even sleep on my right side anymore. It's a lot better than it was a couple of days ago so that's not bad.

4) The book "A lifetime of secrets" is the only thing advertised. (this is a stretch) maybe the postsecret lifetime has come to an end.

I shouldn't be making such a big deal out of this, but I am. It's been a pretty big part of my life, and I've even made secrets of my own. None that I mailed, but ones that I've posted on postsecret-inspired lj-communities. I never would have met/friended people either. It's kind of a big deal. I hope I'm just being crazy.

So the last post secret update was the 23rd of june. Where are the new secrets? I'm sad.

Anyone who knows anything about me knows I love Chuck Palahniuk. Tonight, not only did I get his new book but I got to MEET him. I won a prize because I knew the kind of lipstick Brandi Alexander wears in "Invisible Monsters" and eric took a couple of pictures. All of which are unflattering and very unglamorous. Whatever. I met him! I shook his hand and asked him a question. It was so cool.

I have this unhealthy fascination with this really tall guy who works at my office. He is the most graceful man I have ever seen. I want to be his friend.

The parade was amazing. I got my white shirt (and a black tie) and I think I looked pretty good. I got a little lost on the way to the REJAQ float, and ended up walking around and seeing all the floats. Mado's looked really neat. I finally made it to ours and was SO relieved to see Philippe and Keith. We ended up being the only people from P10 on the REJAQ float. We also happened to be the raddest people on the float, too. Philippe did come as a naughty school girl, so he decided that we would be Tatu. He was telling everyone that we were lesbians from Russia and then singing all the things she said. It was mildly embarrassing but mostly really great.

No one from the REJAQ float really talked to us all that much because we were anglos (it was either that or we were just too rad for them.) When the time came to get on the float, I almost didn't end up with Philippe or Keith because they weren't wearing the proper clothes (Philippe has a white shirt and a kilt, Keith had black shirt and white pants) but I convinced the guy who was running the thing to let them on because I didn't want to be alone. I'm really glad they were there with me; they made the whole experience so much better.

Once we started moving I met two other girls from other organizations and danced/clapped my heart out. One of them laughed at me (in a friendly way) because I was wooing so much my voice cracked. The other one had glow sticks in her hair and I offered her another glowstick but she just smiled and put it in my tie. As you can imagine, I dorked it up and turned red. I'm pretty much the smoothest girl on the planet.

I saw a bunch of people from P10 watching the parade; it would've been nice if they were up there with me but seeing them and giving them air kisses and hearts was nice too. I felt really loved. I also felt very photographed because Philippe kept getting people to take our pictures.

I have this horrible feeling our driver was probably drunk or something because we kept stopping suddenly, causing a lot of us to stumble. Philippe even fell at the end and I'm all bruised up. Getting off the float kind of sucked because I was trying not to flash anyone but still get off the truck with mild grace. Needless to say I failed at being graceful but no one saw my panties. We went to the park for a little and I danced some more with Philippe and Keith. I also met a lot of outgame athletes. One of the men from New Zealand told us he'd been sucking cock all week. I didn't know what to say, so I just smiled and was probably red. A bunch of women checked me out and that made me feel pretty great. One of them even told her friends I was cute.

By the time we finally met up with my parents, Carrie and Jane it was almost time to leave. Keith told me he'd take me to Unity soon and if I get carded he'll just take me to other places until I don't get carded. I'm really excited.

Saturday is Queer Coupe, so anyone who is reading this that needs a hair cut... stop by and give us 20$! In return you'll get a haircut and it'll be a lot of fun. P10 needs money. (As a bonus, Philippe and I will be Tatu again. Who doesn't want to see that?)
