At Bigpond, 2 wrongs make a right.

Now, the mere fact I'm at Bigpond is a problem in itself. Crappy tech support, poor network, and what I consider a real ripoff deal. Then something else happened, their download limit tracker program decided it was no longer bound by the laws of time and decided to randomly update everyones downloads with a seemingly random amount whenever it felt like it.

Because of this they've had to pull the entire program offline and rebuild it, so now all download caps have been reset of the month. So now I can download another 10 gig of stuff. Joy.

To aid me in that is a website I only just came across (please forgive me if this considered common knowledge, I'm ignorant.) http://www.the-realworld.de . It tracks sources for episodes of TV shows across the eDonkey network, categorises them, tell you the expected sizes, user downloads and file formats. And with a few clicks it automatically adds them do your eDonkey/eMule download list. Glorious. Who knows, maybe you can even find Kung Fu Rooster on there. Hes the dude thats chinese food.

I finally got my hands on my group certificate from the old mechanics job I had. Apparently I made 8600 gross in 4 months, with 2 weeks unpaid off. Not bad for a guy who washes cars. The particular good thing about this is that it means a return of the proverbial fat cash. Seeing as my family is currently going backwards financially it will a glorious day the notification arrives.

By some unbelievable miracle, my car passed its rego inspection today without a single hitch. I was totally expecting a wheel or something to fall off and the mechanic to go 'I don't think I can pass this' and then me having to slip a 50 into their hand. But it appears the new battery I installed has solved most of my cars electrical issues. There is a little leak on my rocket cover gasket but thats it. Pretty damn good for a 20 year old car driven by a provisional idiot.

And now I go to pay my CTP online. 566 bucks, yeech.
