After much crying and pouting on his behalf Shou was practically running home with a shopping bag full of candy, pocky and chips while his mummy heap the soft drinks and food for their dinner. ‘hurry mummy, everyone’s going to be their any minute!’
She smiled at her son’s enthusiasm, after just moving school for 2 weeks he has made some great friends. He only started at school for his first time when Shou’s father died in a car crash. They had to move to where she could find a better paying job and still afford to send him to a good school. She was just as upset as Shou when he had to leave him new friends behind after 1month. But now she has never seen him so happy.
Shou called out to her breaking her from her line of thought, he had ran up the flight of stairs to their apartment and was begging her to move her legs and open the door. Laughing she opened the door and without being told Shou bolted into the bathroom to take a shower. She began packing away the food and pulling out the spare futons.
Shou later emerged in shorts and a t-shirt and started helping her pack away the food.
There was a knock on the door before his mum had time to turn around shou had opened it already. ‘Hiroto!’ Shou screamed before jumping onto his best friend. Even though they saw each other 4 hours ago, it felt like ages to him. Hiroto pushed out mum when she attempted to kiss him on the cheek, laughing at his beet red face she left after giving Shou’d mummy as box of cookies and exchanging numbers.
Afterwards everyone seemed to come quickly. Nao, Saga then Tora. Nao came carrying a back pack full of sugar filled goodies, Saga came with games and same with tora. Running around in Shou’s bedroom everyone was having lots of food but not eating the candy since Shou’s mummy told them that dinner was going to be ready soon. Running down at her call they all quickly ate their rice and veggies. As she began packing away the dirty dishes, she noticed that none of the boys went back to play. ‘You boys can go back to play, I can clean up by myself’, she said smiling. Shaking their heads Tora and saga helped her grab the dishes while Shou, Hiroto and Nao run into the kitchen. Grabbing a chair Hiroto pushed it up again the sink and started shampooing the dishes while nao and shou rinsed. Shou’s mummy was so surprised at how well mannered, cute and helpful shou’s friends were dispite being so young.
After cleaning up they all ran back to shou’s room to play some more.
‘Hey guys, don’t you want us to become a famous band?’ Nao asked as they sat around on their futons talking. ‘I dunno, will I become popular with the girls?’ saga asked as he brushed his shoulder length hair that his mum loved. Hiroto rolled his eyes, so typical Saga. ‘I wanna be a awesome guitarist!’ Hiroto cried as he jumped round playing air guitar, laughing Tora jumped up also and joined him. ‘I don’t know if I should…I don’t think I can play anything’ Shou said. ‘then you can be our singer Shou! Don’t worry everyone has a part in our band! Right everyone?’ everyone nodded, shou beamed with happiness.
‘Saga…IS THAT LIP GLOSS?!’ Tora screamed pointing at saga’s hand. ‘yer…so what? It’s so cute, boy crush, also known as light pink.’ Saga said pecking his lips at Tora’s horrified face ‘Geeze tora your so macho.’ Tora blushed bright pink as he sat down slowly trying to inch away from saga who was still applying the lip gloss but now hiroto who apparently had no idea what it was for, since he was giggling about how it felt funny. ‘oks then! When we become older lets form a band! We’ll give it a really cool name and become famous all over the world!’ Nao cried, ‘Yer!’ everyone else cried. They all put their hands into the circle in which they were sitting in and cheered.
After many more hours of talking and running round, everyone was becoming very tired. Everyone was changing into their pjs and laughing at the ones that everyone had. Hiroto’s pjs looked more like a spider-man suit then something to sleep in, Nao’s ones were covered in cupcakes, Shou’s ones had grey kittens, saga’s ones were covered in butterflies then suddenly tora refused to put his on. ‘shou…where’s your bathroom?’ Shou pointed down the hallway. 20 minutes later Tora hasn’t come back, everyone was becoming worried, did he fall and hurt himself? Then at that moment tora shyly walked back into the room.
There was a silence then everyone busted out laughing.
Tora was wearing a Tigger outfit from Whinne the Pooh, very expected from a macho like Tora. ‘Shut up!’ an embarrassed tora said bright red. He marched to his bed and covered his head with the blanket and yelled at them to go to sleep. They all crawled into their futons when Shou’s mother came in to wish them good night. ‘good night everyone!’ Shou yelled ‘good night shou’ everyone yelled back.
Suddenly… ‘OH MY GOD! TORA PEED!!’ saga yelled.
