I switched gyms in January.
Last week a girl I hardly talk to at work came up to me and out of no where said "you look really skinny!!- like since the last time i saw you you look seriously skinny, and i mean it as a compliment."
I said "thanks- yea i've lost some weight, i've been working out."
That made me feel awesome.
I was scared to go to my physical a couple weeks ago- but it turns out im fine- and pretty in shape although im on the higher end of my BMI scale- she wasn't worried because of my healthy lifestyle of working out and easting healthy vegetarian food.
2008- this is it. Im ready to tone up and loose weight and do it in a more healthy way than just not eating and taking pills.
I've been reading womens fitness magazines and watching work out videos on youtube just to change up my workouts at the gym.
I can already feel my posture is better, my back hurts less and I have more energy. And i can tell ive lost weight because now i'm fitting into small sizes of clothing. Im not going to weigh in until the end of the month though.
-2 cups mint green tea
-1 cup oatmeal
-1 cup low fat blueberry yogurt
This is a life change.
