| Bio: | My name is Hayley. I'm an English-born Australian. I moved to Australia when I was 6. I've done a lot of travelling for someone my age. I've been to the USA 3 times, UK 3 times (the last time I lived and worked there for 18 months) and I've really only visited 2 major cities in my home country, Adelaide & Melbourne. Now that I've seen a fair few of the major cities in the world it has made me really appreciate where I live and I certainly call Australia "home". For some reason I've never been able to explain but for as long as I can remember I've had this pull towards the US. Maybe I lived there in a past life or something but for some reason whenever I am there it feels like I belong. I'm fairly recently single after ending a relationship that lasted nearly 6 years. I had major surgery on my jaw a couple of months ago and since my recovery I've just been going out and meeting new people and trying to have as much fun as possible. I've felt better and happier than I ever have and I've made some wonderful new friends. You know who you are! And hopefully I've rekindled some old friendships along the way. I absolutely LOVE music and always have. I think that has something to do with my parents always playing music as I was growing up. I secretly love 70s & disco music. My passion is Alternative. I work in the State government. At first I was really excited to get a job in the government as it's pretty hard to get in. The stability & job security is good but now that I have been in the "system" almost 2 years I'm severely disillusioned by it all. It's NOT all it's cracked up to be but if you find the right area to work in it can be really rewarding and enjoyable. I love my friends. I have a lot of friends overseas and a lot of internet friends. I count my internet friends as some of the best friends I've had in this world and most of the time I feel like I can rely on them more than my real-life friends.
