I recently had a surreal moment where the world and people as a whole aren't so bad. Last weekend Iron Maiden played to a sold out 60,000 seat stadium in Stockholm. The show was broadcast LIVE, yes LIVE, on prime time television in all three nordic countries. (which speaks volumes about how much cooler Scandinavia is than America) They really blew that place up. They played exclusively stuff from the first four albums. It was one of the best shows I have ever seen, they are one of the the rare bands that have been around for 20 or more years that aren't washed up or boring. In fact I say they blow any metal band thats out right now off the stage. Between the Iron Maiden and having been digging deep into my Robert E Howard Conan stuff lately I feel like I'm 16 again. http://www.ironmaiden.comhttp://www.rehupa.comTags: music
