I just watched Bridget Jones's Diary over again recently and felt inspired with the holiday season coming upon us. Predominantly of Firth and Bridget, my favorite scenes, really. An interesting bit of trivia that I noticed in the credits: Honor Blackman, who played Pussy Galore in "Goldfinger" (one of Sean Connery's best as Bond) played Penny Husbands-Bosworth, whose only "just had her ovaries done!" The handsome blondish-white haired woman that Pam mistakes for dressing like a "tart" at her outdoor party - oh what a good one! Here she is as Miss Galore, and here she is as Penny Husbands-Bosworth! Still quite striking, really. I have 3 more icons that I'll be adding to this post soon in the next few days, as well.

In addition, I've got some Christmasy themed ones from "A Christmas Story," my favorite Christmas time movie. Just a few that I made last year. I've also got some Pirate challenge entries and some more British actors, including what I consider, the real James Bond. ;) Also, one Outlander of Jamie (that was a remake of a gerrychallenge entry) and some challenge icons of Stonehenge that is kind of Outlander related in a way. Let's just say, because of the books, they hold a fond place in my heart. :H
