Hey Em, what's the address of the shop on ebay where the green dress was found? I'm curious to see what else the lady has. =)

So I realize that it's Friday already, I got my paycheck yesterday afternoon, and I'm expecting to get paid for my eight hours last week sometime today. Also I let my manager escape and got to see how lovely the store is when it's dead fracking quiet. Heee (see icon, seriously) So yeah, sometime later today I'm going to get my behind out to the local branch to deposit my paycheck, send off my payment for the phone bill as well as probably get more ice cream... and diet cola, I think I'm going to be up fairly early so I can still get back with ice cold ice cream and then head back out later to pick up soda.

*bounces* and get money so I can do laundry. Oh Goddess, we've already started Christmas rehearsals and we are all kinda giggly about it. I'm going to be lead girl on one of the new numbers we are working on (which means I'll be practicing walking sideways gracefully with one of our new girls.) Also we got to play with one of our new puppets and we were horribly confused by the drunken look he has. *sniggers* And again refer to icon, because we get to play with new material.

So yeah, I think I should stop watching the late show and go get a couple hours of sleep before going racing off to do stuff and such.

P.S. I have a Squishy Jack and I loves him very much. I also hae the sign from our non-existant trend section so I can stick that up on the wall... when I find my adhesive squares. Yay! Squishy Jack.

... Okay. China's "The White Dragon" is awesomely hilarious. And 'Awwww!' inducing at times. <3 I totally don't wish it were an OT3. Rilly.

DVD screencaps?
Hi, I was wondering if any one knows of a good automatic screen cap program for DVDs? I'm having problems with KMPlayer, which I usually use for screen caps, it won't open my DVDs, and my computer freezes every time I try. If anyone has any other programs they use where you can set the frame rate, I'd love to hear about it! I also checked through the tags and didn't find anything about this! Thanks in advance!

Why are you even here? You don't enter the LIMS, you don't vote, you've never voted or entered or left a single comment. You joined the community as a member the week it opened! Why would you stay in a participatory community for over a year and not once participate in any way, shape or form?

It's annoying to have less than a third of a small members list actually participate, its more annoying when a dozen of them have been there since the start and done absolutely nothing of involvement!

Supernatural Tutorial List!
As many of you know, screen captures from the TV show Supernatural are very difficult to work with, they are dark and most of the time lack in color, which makes it a challenge to create good icons and graphics with them. Because of this, and because I've seen a lot of people asking for help on how to color Supernatural caps, I thought a list like this was long over due.

I will not claim I have every single Supernatural tutorial posted by people on Live Journal listed here, but I think I have around 80% of them, so I hope you'll find something that will help you among them!

I did NOT make any of these tutorials, I only created the previews, full credit goes to the makers of each tutorial for the rest!

I've divided the tutorials into these two categories:

Tutorials made in and for Photoshop.

These tutorials are NOT TRANSLATABLE, which means they're made in and for photoshop ONLY!

Tutorials made in Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Gimp ect..

These ARE TRANSLATABLE, which means you can achieve the effects/coloring the tutorials describe in ALL graphic programs!

Good quality icons from low quality images
I'm trying to make icons out of this image. I've tried to improve the quality of it but sharpening/blur/changing the colour balance etc, but I'm not happy with the end product. I used to use Photoshop Elements 2 but recently I got Photoshop 7 and I'm still getting used to it. Are there any functions in Photoshop that I can use to improve the quality of that picture? Or are there any other ways I can improve the quality?

These are the icons I have made (but I'm not happy with them)

Also, I've noticed that some graphics I have made look good in photoshop, but once I have saved them/uploaded them, the quality decreases. Can anyone tell me why that happens?

Thank you.
