It's been that long already? Ha, I apologize for not being around. XD;
I don't really have a lot of news anyways, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to make a new post just so this journal wouldn't be dead for 12 months straight. XD;; However, there is some stuff that I'm planning to do with dollies.
That would be selling two dolls that I've been neglecting completely, and buying my first Dal. =D I'm not really fond of Dals, but I just can't resist the Cinnamoroll Dal. It's so friggin' cute! ._.;; Aaand I'm also thinking of buying a Prunella. I love the face up, especially the brows. I think I will rewig her though, since those are covering her brows. What colour would suit her well?
Mm, that's it I guess. XD;; School life eats my time, interests and inspiration. But I'll try and make a new layout. X3 Oh, and we're planning something for Dollytown, since it's been kinda dead for a while now. So please look forward to it. ;)

With all my respect to Pullipstyle and Shana, I really loved being there when it wasn't that big yet. Now a lot of people have joined there and the bigger it gets, the more attitude the people get. Well, of course I'm not saying that all of them are being like that, but I just get a more Blythe-forum feel on it, if you know what I mean. I haven't been actively posting on Pullipstyle anymore, but I still look around to see everyone's pictures and pic-fics and stuff. From now and then I see some threads of kids around 13-15 year old and there are nearly always people complaining about how they treat their dolls. And honestly, I sometimes agree with those people on some degree, but some are just going overboard. Saying that all kids that age can't appreciate their dolls, because they're too young to understand the worth of them and all that..Oh really?
The fact that some of them advice these kids to buy some Barbies or Bratz because they're too young for Pullips is just rather odd. A lot of Barbies are really expensive and sometimes are even more worth than the most rare Pullip there is. Maybe Barbies are from soft plastic and can't be damaged that easily, they're eventually fragile too. And really, how much can we appreciate a toy made out of plastic? Barbie or a Pullip, they both cost a lot for something that we actually don't need if we're just talking about the stuff we have to have to live. If you're mature enough, you should probably know that too and appreciate both kind of dolls with as much worth, and not just pick the one you think is the most worth. Of course everyone has it's own opinion and is free to say it out loud, but really, look further than your own horizon before you do. The words you say might hurt someone's feelings unnecessary and it's not like you'd feel better after saying whatever you wanted to say at that moment. So yeah, why would you want to say it anyways?

Hello all! How are you all doing? Yes, I am still alive and my dolly family is still there. XD In fact, I've been to Keukenhof yesterday and I've actually brought two(!) Pullips with me; Carille my Squall and Naomi my Nero. There's been some snaps here and there, but I haven't shot pictures with flowers on the background with the girls. That's because this year the yield wasn't that impressive comparing to the other two years I've been there. But still, I've been trying to make as many good pictures as possible and I think I've pulled it out quite nicely. =3
Since I was going to upload them all anyways I figured that taking this as an opportunity to open a Flickr account would be a smart move. So instead of spamming you guys the pictures here, I'll just put one photo to link it to my newly Flickr account. I hope you guys will add me as my friend, I'll do the same back! ^^
