Tshirt Quality/Sizing

1. What is the material used for your tshirts?

All our shirts are 100% cotton. 


2. Will the colours fade after washing and will the shirt stretch/shrink?

Maybe after 50 years. 


3. Are the tshirts exchangable?

Yes, if you found out that you bought the wrong size or that the shirt is damaged upon receiving. However, we will only exchange it if:

  • the size that you prefer is available
  • the request for exchange is within a week from the date of purchase
  • the shirt is unworn and unwashed.

    Just email us or leave us a note. :)

    BUT, please note that you could only exchange sizes or a new shirt with the similar design you initially purchased.


    Transactions

    1. How does it go about?

    After ordering, we will email you back with confirmation. It would be preferred that you transfer the funds via POSB bank transfer and keep the receipt. You would find a transaction number on the receipt and just update us with this number by posting a comment.

    Once we have received your transaction reference, we would get in touch with you via email to schedule a meeting place & time. 


    2. Can I receive my shirts by post?

    Yes, of course you could. Just inform us that you would like to receive by post when we email you with confirmation. Standard mail is free of charge but we will not be held responsible for lost mail. Registered mail requires you to add $2 to the item(s) you purchase.


    3. Where are the usual meeting places?

    We will be in contact with you via SMS and emails and it is to both buyers' and sellers' convenience.




    Design/Printing

    1.  How many shirts are printed for each design?

    To ensure the exclusivity of our shirt designs, we only print a maximum of 20-25 shirts per design and colour.


    2. Where do you print your shirts?

    With a local supplier.


    3. Can I request a design theme?

    Yes, you could and we would appreciate feedback.


    4. Do you do reprints?

    No. Just join our mailing list to be the first to know once new designs are out, and do not hesitate to order. ;)


    5. Where do you get your ideas/inspiration for the designs?

    From the grey matter between the ears.




    Others

    1. Do you sell your tshirts anywhere else other than the internet?

    Yes, we do! When there are opportunities for bazaars and craft fairs, we will most probably be taking part. We will definitely inform the mailing list of such events.

    2. I'm not living in Singapore but I would love to buy your shirts. How do I go about ordering them?

    Just email, email, email. We would be happy to serve you :D

    3. Would you like to take part in this bazaar I'm organising?

    Well, we would be interested! Just email us the details and we would get back to you.
