- 1 container Dannon non-fat plain yogurt mixed with 1c. Kashi Go Lean
- 1/2c. strawberries
12:00pm
- 1 1/2 slices of breaded chicken
- 1/2c. green beans, 1/2c. carrots
3:00pm
- 16 oz. Chocolate PB Protein Shake
- 1 protein pancake
7:00pm
- 2 pieces of garlic chicken
- 1c. broccoli
- 1 small side salad with vinagrette dressing
- 12 oz. skim milk
Supplements: multivitamin (1, 12:00pm)
Total Water Intake: 108 oz

I have some from awhile ago. I haven't taken many recently. When I do post them, they will be "Friend's Only" entries. I see you're not a LJ user, so you won't be able to see them. =/
