so ive adapted bret's convention and made my own.
- continue taking in oxygen for my general well being.
- be less of a douche
- go outside
- eat breakfast
- be better to those friends who hold a solid place in my heart but because of my own brain have not done so
- do things with said friends
- love on my boog as much as possible
- continue to find joy in the things others deem insignificant
- work on keeping my zen state without becoming apathetic.
- not shit my pants
