4:27pm: Hi LJ, I kind of forgot about you!

I'm seriousy procrastinating, I have loads of stuff to do because school starts tomorrow... Okay, I'm not going to think about that, think of happy things...happy things.

Anyway, my Christmas was a bit meh. I didn't do much. I spent the first day reading a book, and I finished it that day, too bad I can't use it for school. But I got a really fancy camera for Christmas so I'm happy tinkering with it. I got really, really drunk on New Years eve, a bit too drunk, ( I was talking about dancing with faeries, and really did made sense to me at the time) but i didn't have that much of a hangover, yay! 

I somehow managed to trick to my Goth friends into coming to a KT Tunstall gig with me! Yaaay. But this means I have to be really nice them for the next four months, and I have to go to a heavy metal concert with them...sigh. But I'm so excited about the KT Tunstall gig!

Leather - Tori Amos. I just love this song, it's so... different, and weird in a very good way.

Leave me Alone - The Corrs - I've never taken this song completely serious, because it sounds so '90s, but it's still a nice song.

Linger - The Cranberries - I haven't listened to this song in a while, but it's really beautiful. And I just like the word 'Linger' for some reason.

London Rain - Heather Nova - Rain in London doesn't bother me at all, and that's why I love the lyric 'nothing falls like London rain'. It's so true. It sounds funny, I know =p

Long Night - The Corrs - The Corrs again! This song is so beautiful! I love how it builds and builds and there's this apex. I love it.

Love will come through - Travis - I recently 'discovered' Travis, and I really like their stuff. It's so melodic and a bit melancholic, I think that's a great combination.

Losing my Religion - R.E.M. - Everytime I hear this song, I go back to the moment I first heard it. It was in my niece's car, I was about eight, and I felt really grown up because my niece's was taking me to McDonald's! It was also special because my parents don't play music when they're driving, and she did. It stuck with me for some reason.

Leaving so soon? - Keane - Beautiful song, it's just so sad. The person who's singing it, obviously loves this woman very much, but she doesn't love him back, it's so sad.

Lazarus - KT Tunstall & Sophie Solomon - I had this on repeat when it first came out, so I know it by heart. I think I've played it about 300 times at least.

Loser - Dolores O'Riordan - Her accent is funny. I like the message this song has: If you don't treat me right, I'll leave. Many people say that, but only a few actually leave. I like this song.

2:00pm: An update on me
It's been a while! Lots happened, I had a great summer. I've been really busy, I had three jobs and I went to Dublin and London. I really love both cities. London is HUGE and busy and chaotic, but that's what I love about it. The tube is the greatest invention ever. I bought Andrea's single there, so I was happy. And of course, I spent way too much money on clothes, but it's pretty impossible to control your spending in London.

Dublin was also really great. It's big, but not as big as London. The people there are really, really friendly. I found out that you can study photography there, so I've sent an email to that institute, it's called DIT (Dublin Institute of Technology) , I asked them if they would accept me as a student. I'm still waiting for a reply. *fingers crossed*

This is my last year of secondary school, so I'm really busy with tests, exams and papers. I'm so glad this is my last year, because I'm really fed up with school and some people and the teachers. I just want to go somewhere else and start all over again, make new friends etc. Of course I'll miss my parents and some of my old friends, but I just really want to get out of here.

I'm sooo excited. Tori Amos new album's gonna be released in May, just like Andrea's wooohoooo. And, AND, Tori Amos will be performing in Amsterdam, july-ish. I'm probably going to be there, if I get the money. YAAAAY.
