My Antidote for nerves

Here’s a laugh for you guys that will make me look incredibly stupid: Before the curtain goes up every night on the off Broadway drama; This Is How It Goes with Ben Stiller and Jeffrey Wright I use an unusual technique to overcome stage fright. I enlist the aid of my makeup artist and dresser, and together we dance backstage like a bunch of jackasses. I get my nerves out that way and if anyone saw us they’d be frightened. We hold hands In a circle while we dance. There is nothing poised about it. They save my life every night, pushing me onto the stage while I’m saying ‘I don’t want to go! I want to stay with you guys!’
