Anything Hydrogenated is a TRANS FAT! Some places are making trans fats illegal for how bad they are for you. They act as poisons. They mimic good fats so the body puts them in the positions of good fats, but then they don't do their jobs. So they allow all the crap to stay in your blood. As well, they don't activate the apistat properly, so you stay hungry and eat more. They also slow your metabolism.
