Once upon a time...

Born the first daughter to Archibald and Nadine Forsyte in 1882, Gwyneth always showed signs of being a true Forsyte (having been initiated by Aunt Ann's proclamation of her having, "Nicholas' chin and Juley's eyes" a few hours after her birth). As a child, she learned to take authority on those of lesser status, such as the servants of the household or the person who delivers the Gazette. Gwen found the importance of dressing nicely and avoiding any activity that may cause soils upon a frock, to make clear one's wealth and elegance. The Forsyte clan garnered in her the natural selfishness and possessiveness that marked the family with glee and tradition. And with all this, a pride like no other grew inside little Gwen. After all, she was a Forsyte, a member of the high middle class.

Over the years, Gwyneth grew into a slim, quick-witted young woman with a very large dowry. She loved to laugh and dance along with attend the opera and take part in intellectual conversation, as she was very opinionated and knew quite a many things of interest. Gwen managed to know all the right people and steer clear of those who would damage her reputation. To her, it was natural. Through these acquaintances, Gwen met a one James Darcy at a local art exhibition in Chelsea. It was a match made in heaven. Her fun-loving, social tendencies balanced out his mysterious thoughtfulness. His loyalty managed to subdue her outrageous jealousy. Gwen's possessiveness and James' over-protectiveness allowed them to understand where the other's point of view originated and caused them to deal extremely.

Gossip swept throughout Society as the couple was more commonly seen. There was talk of what an excellent match it would be: two rich families of good breeding unifying was a great prospect for their patriarchs indeed. At first, it had been thought Gwyneth would be the one to make the leap into the aristocracy for the Forsytes, a feat later achieved by Gwen's second cousin, Fleur, when she marries a Baron. But a new era was rising-- one in which people married for love frequently. James proposed to Gwen for those exact reasons on a stroll through Hyde Park one cloudy afternoon, and they were married in 1900. They remain patrons of the arts at their estate at Pemberly with their two children, Charles and Tessa.

BPAL.

▪ I feel it repetitive to list all my fandoms
here when you could simply scroll down and
see a few of them in my interests.

▪ I curse. Frequently.

▪ I am pretty easy-going and good-natured. In the
playhouse drama of life, I am the psychiatrist that
ponies up the pills and listens to the leading
ladies sympathywhore.

and a very chic violet halter dress.

▪ I adore fashion photography and modeling. Often

a great appreciation of all things beautiful.
