Oh, dwellers of the livejournal domain, for all of ye who read this (i.e. Mark), I don't know what to doooooooooooo! :(
Okay, so, I failed Clinical Module 1 of Nursing (the practical) but passed everything else (yay!) HOWEVER, I still have to repeat that module. Which involves 20 back to back weeks of placements, re-do of portfolio and repeat OSCE (for the third time :/). BUT!! I don't reeeeeaaaaaaallllllllllllllllly think I wanna do that. Here is where my crisis begins.
I have many thoughts in mind. Here is a revised list of options (as featured on the bebo poll 'Decide my future'):
1) Man up, get a part time job for now then repeat the module in Feburary, and carry on with Nursing.
2) To hell with uni, get a full time job and work for a while. Then once I've saved, proceed to travelling and then moving to London. And...
2a) Start my own PONG-esque business. Or possibly a bar.
2b) Join the army as a student nurse.
3) Go back to uni and do a different course...
3a) Computer Games Design and Development.
3b) Philosophy.
3c) Creative Multimedia.
So there it is in a nutshell. However if option 3 is to commence, I need to act sharpish and sign up through clearing, like, now. However option 3 has some downsides...
a) Apparantly I would hate and not survive 3a, as it is all maths and programming.
b) What the fuck can you do with a philosophy degree.
c) I could learn everything that this courses teaches by myself. And it doesn't result in a degree.
And also... loans?! Fuck! Who could be arsed with debt?
Options 2 and 3 look the best to me, but I just don't have a clue. Fuck.
So to quote my favourite damsel in distress... 'Please help me' <3.
