Here are my top three!

Violet (8) - It makes me sound like a hippie, but the whole "push" they talk about in the description... I do feel like that and have felt like it since I was a kid. So, that's probably why this one's my top color.

Violets are the inspirational visionaries, leaders and teachers who are here to help save the planet. Most Violets feel drawn to educate the masses, to inspire higher ideals, to improve the quality of life on the planet, or to help save people, animals and the environment.

Is anyone else a little put off by Sarah Palin? I mean, really. I'm all about girl power, but not when the girl power is coming from a crazy bitch who doesn't know how to raise her kids and fires people from their jobs whenever she sees fit. WoW Post #1.

So, this post is gonna be about WoW! Fair warning, since some of you might not have a clue as to what I'm about to be ranting about.

Anyways!

I went to my very first Kara raid today. It was all of sudden, and I had just gotten out of Heroic Bot. I didn't have any down time to go empty my bags, repair, whatever, before I got summoned. That was fine by me. I was all energetic about going, so that didn't bother me in the slightest. Not to mention someone had a Repair Bot, so I could empty my bags, repair, AND stock back up on reagents before we did anything. We ended up doing all the bosses in Kara minus Nightbane and the other N-one. I got four new epic items! I got a trinket, a cape, (Shaman) shoulders, and new boots. It boosted my healing up quite a bit, and gave me some nice stat boosts as well. All in all, VERY good run for me. There was also a very nice priest who was helping me through the bosses. So, props to him.

I went to Kara with about... four other people from my guild. A priest (not the helpful one, although she was very nice to me, too), the main tank for this Kara run, a mage, and... one other person. I can't remember. Anyhow, I ended up talking to the main tank in guild chat about the run a bit, saying how he was all epic and had tanked two Arcane Protectors (or whatever they're called) without even needing heals from me that often after the two priests had somehow died. He lol'd, and then we started talking about all the gear I had acquired. Some other guildies were enthused about it, so I linked my items into guild chat. (A side note: I have only been in the guild for two days, so I don't these people too well, but they seem to be very down-to-earth and have good senses of humor, so I've naturally started to joke around with them as well.)

So, the guild leader, this guy named Krol, pretends to be offended that I didn't go to my first Kara with him, about how he wanted to raid-devirginize me or something (since I had never, ever raided prior to tonight's Kara, even the level 60 content), and so I went, "well, it's not my fault! Main-tank-guy (his name is Drizzit or something) just caught me by surprise! IT WAS RAEP!" and the three of us had a few lol's amongst ourselves.

Well, there was some chick, I forgot her character's name, Emeli-something, who got offended by my "RAEP!" comment. I mean, OFFENDED (although I didn't know that at the time). So, I apologized to her, told her that I didn't really think about what I had said. The guild leader whispered me, told me that she was just playing around and not to take her too seriously, so I thought all was well and logged off for a couple of hours so I could talk to Andrew before he had to go to sleep.

I log back on after Andrew and I get off the phone, mainly to check the Auction House and maybe play a battleground or two until I was tired enough to sleep. Well, the girl who I had offended earlier was still on, but playing an Alt, and since I'm new to the guild, I have NO idea whose Alt is whose, and which person is which person, yadda yadda yadda.

She pretty much just started accusing me of using the guild to gear myself out before the expansion, and then tells ME that I'm going to leave the guild once the expansion comes out, and so I'm all like, "Um, wtf?" I end up getting really irked at this chick, but I keep going along with it like it's a joke, because I figure that's the best way to handle the situation. At this point in time, she asks me if I just joke about everything, and I ask her why she thinks that, and she says because of my "RAEP!" comment earlier. I then realize that this chick is the chick from earlier, the one the guild leader HIMSELF, told me not to worry about.

So, I apologize again, let her know that I meant no harm, and that I'll make sure not to say anything like that around her again.

BUT. She keeps going ON and ON about it!

I'm pretty damned annoyed at this point, so I'm complaining to some guildie through whispers about it since he had asked me what the hell was even going on. He tells me that this chick is a long time raider, and that all the old raiders in the guild are all family, basically, so if I step out of line with one of them, then the entire "family" is going to hate me. So, I let her know again I'm sorry and I shut up for the rest of the night.

Chick ends up telling us why she's so offended by my "RAEP!" comment, but no one cares or is too busy doing something else in WoW, so she basically ends up talking to herself about her oh-so horrible "RAEP!" experience, even though technically she didn't get raped and only had her wallet stolen.

Yeah, so, DUMB. But I did get epics tonight, so I'm happy about that. I'm just not happy that she was accusing me of all this bullshit and then I end up being the one getting in trouble for trying to handle the situation in the lightest way possible. But, that's that, for the most part. I'm honestly gonna try to steer clear of this chick from now on though. I don't need to be talking to this overly sensitive chick when I'm probably the most insensitive girl ever.

Guess what...

My friend, Dropkick, just bought me three months of WoW! I already had an old account and everything, so now I get to say hi to my old friends and start playing on the Horde side! I was originally Alliance, but since he's Horde, I'm gonna go play with him! I'm freaking excited, haha. :P I haven't played WoW in FOREVER! I can't wait to hop back in for a while.

Hellooooooo~!

Well, I am back to tell you I have finished two other books in my absence from LiveJournal. I finished the last book of the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn. I didn't know it was the last book of the series when I was reading it though, so I finished it in a day and a half. I was really sad when I found out it was the last book. I didn't want it to end! I wish it would keep going on, at least for another few books until I was satisfied. It seems like they cut it off way too early, right when their popularity was the highest. Sad. :'(

I also finished Cat's Cradle today. It was short, so it didn't take very long to read. Maybe a few hours. It was... interesting. I usually like straight-forward stories that are easy to comprehend with a few twists here and there that make you go "WTF?!", so this book was very different for me. It was good, and I'm waiting for Andrew to get back from work so I can talk to him about it and maybe better understand it what exactly was happening near the end there.

I'm looking forward to Christopher Paolini's third book, Brisingr. It comes out September 20th, so I'm going to have to wait a little while longer. :( The first two books were great, though! I read them both in 9th grade, so it's been a while. I hope I can remember everything I need to for this new book. I don't wanna be lost whenever it picks up again.

Also, yes, Andrew did get a job. He's working at a law office for 10 bucks an hour. Pretty good, no? Especially for his first job. He'll be home around 7:30 my time, I'm guessing. He's gonna be amused I already read Cat's Cradle while he was working and finished it. He's only working five hours, after all!

I've been having fucking horrible panic attacks lately. It's killing me. Not, killing, literally. But it's started happening when I'm falling asleep, to where it jolts me right up again and I end up getting out of bed and saying "oh my god" over and over again. I literally have a freak out for about five minutes of trying to just stop thinking and trying to calm myself back down. I don't know what's wrong with me. I obviously need to go get a doctor and get some medication, but god. I don't want to deal with this until then.

I finished the first season of Dexter an hour ago. It was GOOD. I watched it with Andrew online some place (if you wanna watch it, I'll send you the link via message or something). It's creepy in some parts, and then genius in others. It's just REALLY good! I recommend it.

But I'm really tired! I'm trying to find something to do to keep myself from falling asleep at the keyboard. I'm waiting for the mail to come, and it might not get here until 11:30, which sucks, because that's in an hour! I'm not sure if I can stay up that long, but I have to to get Andrew's package. My mom is going to work, and my dad is going to be gone to the dentist getting a tooth pulled (the side of his face swelled up pretty bad the other day because of it). So, I'm free to get Andrew's package without anyone asking what the hell it is! Also, the FedEx guy is coming to pick up my 360, and I'm not even near presentable! How will I impress that dashing FedEx man now?!
