i've been singing this to myself today. see, i fucked up pretty bad.
i was falling in love with the most supportive guy in the world,
and yet, i managed to cheat on him with a girl.

my therapist says that bisexuals have a tug-and-pull between genders, and she wonders if i was in a relationship with a female if i would fantasize about males. i think i would, but i wouldn't know for sure.

i've made promises to jeancy.. and hopefully it's gonna be alright..

i need to:
- start journaling
- be more honest
- communicate better (mercury is in retrograde, afterall)
- meditate and reflect

my teacher wanted us to e-mail him an update on our life for a quiz grade.

I have been home now since Wednesday morning. I had been aware of my mother being the hospital, for -what my father and I suspect her of having- viral meningitis since Saturday afternoon. She is a lot better now that my brother and I are here.
Also, my mom's favorite uncle passed away on Monday, and the funeral was relatively quick in accordance to Jewish tradition. Uncle Artie was the closest thing I had to a grandfather after my grandfather died when I was twelve; Artie loved kids, and encouraged my skills growing up, especially in music, and took the place of my grandfather in his role to me. He touched a lot of the family, and a lot of people showed to the very emotional occasion.
It was a rough Thursday, but I am going to have a good today. My friends are visiting, and I feel really good to know that my being home actually made my mother feel better, and comforted my relatives at the funeral.
Overall, this month has been crazy stressful, and I'm hanging in there. I am going to do my homework for anthropology today, and will study for your class with my methods on Sunday when I return, and do well on your exam.
Sorry for the last minute absence; the classes I missed these last three days of the week are my first missed classes. Also, thank you for your understanding and guidance. I cannot wait to come home to Warren Wilson College.

saturday i pre-celebrated for the yesterday that was my birthday.

on a few hours of sleep, danny, odie, eddie, and i set forth from north miami to rendezvous at my house in boca raton with others.. then it was off to the rapids for the entire day. a misunderstanding and a sunburn later, we went back to my place for showers and then back to north miami.

i stayed up all night saturday, so i could celebrate my true birthday the following sunday morning at 6:41 a.m. danny and odie wished me the sweetest "happy birthday" as we celebrated alongside michael (roomie forever aka guy on the couch) and eddie (my handsome lover). such a great night of falling in and out of reality.

sunday is my 18th birthday.
on saturday, i wanted to go to the rapids (in west palm beach) for the entire day.

i wanted an idea of who wanted to go,
let me know if you wanna come,
so we can figure out rides.
also, i want to get a bunch of people for ticket discounts.
tickets are usually $24,
which is kinda expensive,
but -again- we'll be there the whole day.
[(ps: for north miami people) there are people coming from that area, so don't worry about rides!]
