here one of my friends always says the word "self-confidence". He s in kind of race: open his own business, getting mba, working etc etc...everything to obtain self confidence and one more lables? Feel like this...
But what is actually self-confidence? In what you can be else confident except yourself?...
in indian philosophy they have attitude: i ve already achieved. When u dont need to be in race and to proove everyone that u are cool, just because you already "there".
What would happen if live with such attitude?... |

my neighbour is indonesian gye with name Synario or NG;) one spanish intern came to our house and told:" Huang, how are you doing?" I was in shock who is "Huang"? Spanish poeple try to create Spain everywhere;)
I am living in wonderful area now - St Pauli;) Two minutes of walking is a biggest "Red light" street in Europe.Lalala, specially it is fun to walk in the morning to the metro, looking on tired gogo girls and happy cleaning man;) |

The beginning of August has started with nice news: i m FACI of You CAN!!! It was great feeling and amazing experience ot work with FAci team , to create sessions and make agenda...Two weeks before depature i dont know how and where but i got so much cold here that needed to find antibioticks and what a pleasure that in europe you cant simply buy them: you need prescriptions from doctor;) also pain in the back...in stead of You Can i had to go to paris to my sister where she helped me to recover and where my medicene was waiting for me;) yeah now i feel good! but really feel bad that i couldnt be together with our amazing Faci team;)
The good news was the Didych suddenly called and told that he is coming in the morning: it means 7 o clock next day;) after great bye-bye party of my darling Dilek a little bit dizzy i went to meet Roma;) yeah gyes, for Russians it is not problem in three days to cross two countries and to see the whole Germany - Roma, respect!;) His way was smth like Leuven-Brussels-Cologne-Hamburg-Lubeck-Travemunde and the other way round;)and only two days;) It was cool weekend here;)
Well i see off my turkish sister Dilek with whome we were living and share everything here in Hamburg;) oh...now i want to go home even more
This weekend Mi (chinese intern) and ME decided "to have a little fun" and go round Schlezwig-Holstein land;) Oh my God! There is such ticket "land carta" which you can use to travel anywhere in the land for a day;) We went to places i think i ve never heard before but it was amazing trip! In Kiel there is special place where people feed seals in the morning and you cant imagine how sweet these animals are! In Schlezwig the ex capital of the land and very very old city we walked round 5-8 kms to the city center and couldnt reach it...but found instead two amazing castles and lake but no people at all! Quite scandinavian type;) Husum (also city) was really small and nice place withlittle castle -i really enjoied the place but the only question:WHERE ARE PEOPLE? ... noone on the streets...
My next trip is Cologne to see this famouce cathedrale which was built during 600 years...and the only reason why it wasnt bombed that it was the guiding line for aviation of enemies in war...So the place which was aimed to be the place of God and peace was saved only thanks to the fact that it is high enough to be the guiding point in war;)...
this week will buy tickets home;) i cant wait to meet all of you in moscow;)
actually what i discovered : german people are very ditanced to foreigners BUT there are sooooo many foreigners here that it doesnt matter actually...well in general i began to value my country and culture more;) and to have another prospective on Russia also, smtms good smtms bad but all in all it is my country...
i dont know how we ll cope with so many issues, much land, political instability, poorenes etc but i hate when people only critisize Russia and Soviet times as we have to see both sides of history otherwise we cant use advantages of our past. And i believe in my country.
Second topick which comes to me often: what a stupideness in general to talk about world in frame of countries ? the name asia and the name europe is not so old actually and came in use only after people could make ships good enough to travel somehwere in middle ages. The world is interdepended now, the world is flat as this book says. So talking bad about one specifick country is not wise from my opinion, as it is a part of a global system in which we all live.
Off top: during my traineeship i was always asking one question: what i wanna do in life? and i guesse i found. it s really good feeling;)
Off top 2: hm it is really strange why members in AIESEC in Europe treat AIESEC as a charity not taking this amazing opportunity of building international organization and making impact? i mean they treat it as not work, not opportunity, not passion, but charity...;) I wish you lots of luck to find member here who knows what the competences or principles of aiesec xp are;)but still in aiesec are amazing people anywhere you come in the world;) |

It went missing in the sea at Mariupol, close to Ukraine's border with Russia.
The crocodile, named Godzilla, was being paraded on a beach in Mariupol on the south coast of Ukraine when it suddenly ran into the Azov Sea.
But despite its name, the creature has been keeping a low profile.
Elusive creature
Godzilla, who is only is one metre long, is said to be scared of humans.
More than two months after its escape, a local newspaper in southern Ukraine has printed a picture of what it says is Godzilla.
The photo appears to show a small crocodile resting on a rusting boat.
Emergency workers are now trying to catch the animal.
But Godzilla is proving elusive and has not been tempted by slabs of meat left on the shore.
A Russian news agency has claimed that the team is planning to use live guinea pigs to lure the crocodile out of the water.
However, a spokeswoman for Ukraine's emergency ministry denied this and said the workers are just going to sit and wait for Godzilla to wander onto the beach.

Almost three months of my internship has passed...It is amazing live changing experience here in Hamburg, in Germany in a place i ve never thought about before;)
Uspela polubit gorod, hotia bilo nelegko: kogda horoshaia pogoda eto odin iz samih krasivih gorodov, kanali, kanoe, staraia ratusha...no kogda idut dojdi (a zdes oni pochti vsegda) eto ujasno....
Seichas nas troe stajerov: moia lubimaia Dilek, Romanian gye and Chinese girl , my nahbarin;) Skoro budet pribavlenie v lice ewe treh schastlivchikov:)
Moia rabota ochen klassnaia: horoshi kollektiv, zakalennai desiatiletnim managerstvom v Deimler Creisler manager, interesting tasks (hey imagine i even lead a workshop, helping to prepare meeting with other HR managers) i voobshe vse shone. Ne mogu skazat chto eto rabota moei mechti , no....blizko mojet k etomu

Tak vot, uje mesiac kak life-changing experience nachalsa:) Odnoznachnogo oshushenia net: segodna vse super, zavtra povorot na 360 gradusov i dumaesh "blinnn...chto tut ia voobshe delau".
NO ! Ne darom u nas cheteri nedeli chitautsa srokom dla cs trenerov: ia nachala lubit gorod i ponimat ego! Hamburg, ti moia lubimaia ogromnaia evropeiskaia derevna! Zdes slozhno vstretit nemca, legche vstretit russkih, turkov ili rojdennih v solnechnom "zimbabwe" comradov:)

Знаете, не любила форумы, кажется такая модная наигранная рафинированная вещица:)
Однако @ опять все-таки не дал остановиться на достигнутом: какой потрясающий форум посвященный CSR!!!! особенно CSR в информационных технологиях!!!
Конечно тема Ближнего Востока не обойдет и меня:сложный вопрос и длиться веками, и вряд ли можно называть кого-то слишком правильным а кого-то нет, просто - трагедия обрести родину и через 15 лет ее потерять.. |

Вагон в метро был как всегда полон, уйма народу. Двери закрылись и стало понятно , что кто-то аккуратно забыл спортивную сумку под сиденьем.
Все видят, все молчат. Первой не выдержала женщина в беленьком платочке:
-Кто забыл сумку?
-Никто.
-Давайте позвоним в милицию? Мы взорвемся сейчас! ( по вагону нервный смех)
-Женщина, сейчас проедем две остановки – и позвоним! |

Совершенно случайно решили с друзьями пройтись по Патриаршим и был как раз день музеев. По дороге попалась выставка Айдан Салаховой- решили зайти:)
Три этажа инсталляций, посвященные женщинам в разных культурах – там и танцы живота , и японская графика …но
На первом этаже во мраке стоял льняной черный балдахин, все это окутывал гипноз восточного напева, мы подошли ближе…Этот черный матерчатый квадрат был живой: на нас смотрели женские глаза… Я испытала шок, темнота музыка, огромные живые глаза…Рядом с залом надпись: Кааба.
Есть огромное желанием ее увидеть….только наверное сами понимаете сложность положения женщин на Востоке…. |

Начался срок президента , я этому очень рада, ощущение прыжка с парашютом, ощущение напряжения сил и прилива энергии, главное со мной в одной упряжке еще Леша, Маша, Ира, Оля, Инна – летим:) Всегда мечтала об ощущении полета , как здорово что это будет целый год! :) |
