I heard the most disturbing music on All Things Considered this morning. They were doing a story on throat singing, and specifically they were reviewing an album by Yat-Kha, a throat singing punk band. Now, I've heard disturbing music before (Diamanda Galas anyone?), but never have I felt like my soul wanted to crawl out of my body and bash the stereo with a hammer until it stopped making that terrible noise!
