Been a busy bee this week getting all my coursework in at school before the holidays and also attending partyness in between trying to actually do coursework for school. Thursday night was the 6th form party which was actually pretty fun, got to see all my friends and finally put some faces to friends of friends. I had way too much to drink though and was thankful when my brother picked me up instead of either of my parents :S I'm not gonna discuss any of my ramblings of the night any further...
Then, last night went to another party despite everyone's hungoverness. It wasn't very good to be honest, one of those parties where the hall is too big for the people. There was a band though, and they were way better than I thought they were going to be. Monday, I'm finishing off my Xmas shopping with my friends and then we're having a movie day, so that should be cool! That's about all really apart from a couple of my friends entering depression mode and 'oh look, I've decided to become a bitch!' mode, but maybe I'll leave that for another time.

'The Scientist' is just the most beautiful song in a long long time. Yes there are more, but right now it's that song that's stuck in my head and therefore I feel I should acknowledge it's greatness. No matter what, Coldplay are genius.
I made my friend watch Resorvoir Dogs today. I don't think she liked the *ahem* ear scene, but she found the dancing very amusing. Great film!
Tomorrow we have this thing called 'the senior citizen's christmas party' yes it's THAT rivetting! But we all HAVE to attend and help out, which isn't so bad, but ya know, I don't expect too much excitement. We put on a whole show thing, so I guess some of it will be pretty entertaining.
You know what else is fun? Saying 'do you want fries with that?' to every statement someone makes. It gets old eventually, but until that time comes, it's really very amusing.

New layout here. I like it, it's kinda cute I guess. Very red though. So anyway I'm currently being yelled at to do all sorts of household chores, yet I'm still sitting here. Meh. Will do my room later, it's not even that bad anyway. Then I have O.C watching to do, a new layout at the domain to put up - Maroon 5 related - Woo! Well I've been away from the net for a few days, mostly because erm my internet..broke, but also cos I haven't felt much like updating. I've just been around msn mostly really.
Christmas is getting closer! eek! I need to make sure I have enough money buy for presents and everything, it's just all coming so fast! ahh!
I went to see Love Actually yesterday. It was excellent! There were a couple of the stories where I really wanted something different to happen from how it turned out, but I won't spoil anything. I actually found Hugh Grant attractive in the whole dancing scene, and that's the only time I ever really have. Although...mayyybe in About a Boy, I haven't decided yet lol. We're going to see Elf next week. Will Ferrell is genius! Until the next installment my friends!

Ok so, feeling a little better I guess. I'm still....meh....but ya know, I've gotta get on with it I guess. I've been listening to a lot of switchfoot lately, getting back into them quite a bit. I'm also going to see The League of XG later so that should be good! Hello?? Shane West! :P My friend is also obsessed with him so we can both scream at the screen when he comes on which'll be fun for the rest of the audience! Ok, we won't scream then, we'll be...overly enthusiastic!
I've decided which digital camera I'm getting now. And have also decided it's gotta wait until Christmas, because I really have noo money right now! I am determined to get it though so watch this space.
I've also been looking at Uni's, early I know, but it can't hurt.

This is one of those days where I feel so totally pissed off for no real reason. There are minor reasons, but nothing I should let overpower me in such a way that it has today. Just everything feels so empty right now. I have no enthusiasm to do anything. Maybe that's the problem. I really don't know. My friends are all drifting apart and becoming different people, we're not who we once were. Things aren't the same. And right now I'm just searching for something inspiring that will get me through the day. Something different and powerful. I'm just so..lost. And it's so stupid because I don't even have a valid reason to be. I just can't help the way I feel. So this is gonna be one of those really depressing posts that will warn off visitors, but make me feel a little better, so I guess is worth it for that alone.

I soooo want a Joycam It is infact something that is vital! :D
Well not really, but I've been thinking it would be cool to start taking more photos of what's going on around me, I've always been into photography, but I want to take it more seriously, I realise the word 'Joycam' doesn't illustrate this very well, but trust me the thought is there ;)
Basically, I'm gonna start a series of photo albums lol, just of my friends, everyday things. I dunno, could be cool and it'll keep me occupied for a while, so works for me!

Went ice skating. It was sooo much fun, I haven't had a really good night out like that in a while. Only bad thing was a bunch of crazy drunk people that turned up. One just stood right in front of me and then they all started hugging me and it was a very scary moment I can assure you. Thanks to my supposedly mucho male friends who's idea of coming to my rescue was to stand and watch. Well done guys. Well done indeed. We managed to teach my friend Emily how to skate in about 2 hours which was fun! Hopefully we can go again soon!

Well I wanted to take a break from normal bloggage at the domain because, well I'm just sick of the site right now and while I feel I still need to get some things out, I don't want to worry about it at T-D.net, so I'm gonna be here in hiding for a little while.

So anyway! What am I up to? Well I'm going iceskating later which is something different I guess. I usually end up managing to randomly skate backwards on several occasions but hey that's ok! I'll be entertaining! I've been out a lot recently, the only problem is my cash flow which is currently not flowing very vigorously I must say. I need a job, but then the only time I could do it would be a Saturday and then I couldn't go out, which defeats the object of why I'd be working in the first place right? Right *ahem* that's what I'm telling myself anyway lol.

So I went to a skate park on Friday which I didn't even know existed until this week, but I had a great time and got to see some people I haven't seen for a little while. I've started hanging around with some new people this year and it's just really refreshing to be actually out there doing new things that none of my other friends could ever be bothered to do. I'm enjoying myself at school and with all my courses and I'm getting to know some people a lot better than I did before. On the whole, life's pretty good. And I just got all up to date with my work, so I'm also free! lol but yeah, so I think I'll be going back again this Friday providing I still have money, did I mention I really need a job? Who wants to pay me to do nothing? :D ...anyone?

pffft ^^ yeah I wish! It's soooo cold right now it's not even funny. The best thing about winter I guess is xmas and those nights when you watch a really cool movie with a blanket in front of the fire hehe, but other than that I'm afraid plain dullness!
Avilla (yes I know I talk about them all the time, but I can't help it, it's my brother, so I'm obviously gonna be a part of it) have another gig on Friday, only this time it's at an indoor skate park, which will be...weird....because there's gonna be me and my friends and my brother's friends and the fans all standing in the park while numerous other random people skate around us and on half pipes and such! I really won't know what to do with myself! BUT must must take some marvellous pictures, because skating pictures = fun! Gawwd I'm gonna feel like I'm in that awful Busted video on Friday! eek!
lol and on Thursday I'm going on a school trip to the Theatre to see Crywolf, which I've never actually heard of, but apparently it'll help us with our coursework. It should be pretty good anyway and we haven't had a school trip for aaaages. Plus, the week after we're going to see another one, who's name escapes me, but it's in Covent Garden which will just be really cool. I love that part of London because there are so many interesting things happening down there, all the entertainers, buskers etc, I just love all that, so shall be good!

Meh! So yes, I went out last night and met some of my friend's friends. Well actually it was more like her brother's friends and one of her friends lol. Yes, not what I was expecting, they were a funny bunch of people, but I dunno, they're just that typical teenager sterotype really, and it's just like *yawn* you know when people try too hard to seem like they're not trying too hard?
Well, I did have a good night anyway, I may have had slightly too much to drink. Ok, I had lots too much to drink, but I did get to see Finding Nemo, which by the way, rocks!
So many great one liners in that film, and the sea gulls rule! lol so anyway, I'm gonna go now...sleep = gooood! Aaaand tomorrow, another Avilla gig! And this time, pictures! Woohoo!

Switched the layout around finally. I like it, maybe a little too green, but I like it...
So, I'm going out tonight to my best friend's and apparently getting introduced to all of her friends (seperate schools you see) but it should be good anyway. I haven't seen her since the summer. I do have a ton of work to catch up on though, so I need to do that later. I've been looking at a lot of Uni books lately and researching online about studying abroad. It could be an amazing experience, the only main thing would be the cost. It would just be so expensive. But hey, I can dream.
I got the part of the Wolf in the school play lol! I wasn't sure if I was gonna audition at first, but 1) it sounded really interesting this year and 2) there's this new thing called a 'plus certificate' and you get a ton of UCAS points if you do extra curricular activites such as *ahem* school play, so it'd help in the long run. Plus, the Wolf is cool and has a fun jazzy number half way through! :P
Hmmm that new Finley Quaye song is great. I need a digital camera. Hmmm

Oooh la la! Go me and my new journal! I started adding friends, then realised I had no idea of the addresses of most of said friends' journals, therefore stopped adding friends lol. But anyway, I kind of cheated a bit by using my old blurty journal layout over here, but I couldn't be bothered to redo the whole design just yet, so I'll have a fiddle around later.
The main news is, my brother's band, Avilla, played a gig in Soho, London, last night and it was fantastic! There was a 'talent scout' at the venue too, who I guess are just on the lookout for bands to sign. Anyway, he spoke to them afterwards and said they were by far the best of the 4 bands and offered them a permanent spot at Gossips, as a headlining band, and also a gig in Leicester Square, which I think is pretty damn cool for a small band from Kent. They've just been so lucky to have all these opportunities come up, they've literally haven't had to work for any offers at all so far. So I'm really pleased for them and I thought I'd share that fact :P
Good luck to them really. Aaaaand that, my friends, is all!
