Nine watched it with Rose, only he pretended to be snoozing on the couch beside her so he could hold her. And all that time she thought he was asleep, so when he starts spouting the speech at Ten she knows he was really awake and that's why she's smirking. LOL at my head canon.

For some reason Nine is the most immediately hilarious answer for me. Something about Nine sitting down to watch Disney is just really funny.

I couldn't decide between Eight or Nine, so I went with Eight. But you know Nine would love it!

I feel as though Eight would enjoy it immensely.

I'm convinced that Eight heard it with Lucie at an Elton John concert. Lucie hated it. Eight thought it was prophetic. "But it means so much MORE than this, Lucie, don't you know?" "Oh, just shut up and listen to the rest of the concert, Doctor."

Or, Nine , Rose, and Jack had a movie night. Jack's song was "Hakuna Matata," and he and the Doctor went around the rest of the night singing "The Lion Sleeps Tonight."

Depends on which Doctors had companions which were 90s kids. Nine is the only one I know for sure. It's a movie I think any incarnation of the Doctor would have enjoyed, though. I kind of want to try and come up with comments each incarnation would make, but I gotta go.
