Good for ScarJo. I generally find her acting uninspired but have no animosity towards her as a person, and actually a couple things like this that I've seen make her seem pretty cool.
And I mean I can see that women over 40 probably have a harder time landing interesting roles because there are fewer out there for them, but ??? lol I don't know, it seems like such a weird stipulation to put in.

Why did whoever suggested this question feel the urgent need to put the age thing in? WERE THEY JUST AFRAID SOME ANSWERS WOULD INCLUDE PICTURES OF *GASP* OLDER WOMEN?
I mean they vcould've said "who's your favourite actor or actress under the age of 40" and I wouldn't have blinked, but lol @ singling out actresses and including an age thing.
