My new computer came! Yay! It is fast and shiny and I am just getting everything set up now. There's NOTHING on here rn which is weird. WHAT IF I NEED TO EXPRESS MY THOUGHTS WITH A GIF? :O
Anyway I do have a couple queries for people who may have upgraded their technology more recently than I have. I've been using a Mac for ~5 years so I'm pretty familiar with that aspect of it, but I was still running Snow Leopard or w/e and now I am running ~Lion~ and STUFF IS DIFFERENT.
Is there a way to make Expose come back, or to somehow recreate Expose with the "Mission Control" settings? Because rn Mission Control is really not doing what I need it to do, which is give me an easy way to navigate between particular windows themselves, not just the programs. I can do that on my own ty. And like when I wanted to get to the desktop I used to be able to hit F-whatever and it would do that. I don't get how to make that happen with Mission Control.
Also, scrolling seems a little different? It is, predictably, more like when I scroll on my phone, and seems to act more like a wheel that sort of slowly ...winds down. I notice there's a setting for "smooth scroll" and I unchecked it because I thought it might be causing the difference, but I didn't notice anything changing. I'm playing around right now and I guess it might have something to do with how fast I scroll on the trackpad. IDK.
I thought I had other questions but I guess I don't yet. I am sure they will appear with time.
ETA: Ahaha I literally just found the "app expose" option after I hit post. As well as the "show desktop" gesture. So... there's that. I would still prefer to tie this to a key if possible?
