i mean it's not like anything bad happened last time we talked about the word "OTP", right?

OKAY, SO, AS FAR AS ARBITRARY DEFINITIONS OF FANDOM SLANG, GO, what are the restrictions on "OTP"?

You can only have one OTP per fandom. (eg. If you OTP Ron/Hermione you can only "ship" Harry/Ginny, not OTP them.)

HE ONLY ABANDONED HER BECAUSE HE HATED HIMSELF

AND HE CLEARLY HATED HIMSELF A BIT TOO MUCH TO HAVE A FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIP, SO HOW COULD HE HAVE EVEN MADE IT WORK WITH SIRIUS? HYPOTHETICALLY?

UM BUT SIRIUS HATED HIMSELF TOO THAT IS WHAT MAKES IT BEAUTIFUL, THEY WERE BOTH DYSFUNCTIONAL BUT THEY REMINDED EACH OTHER OF HAPPIER TIMES

SIRIUS WOULDN'T HAVE EXPECTED HIM TO GET MARRIED AND HAVE A BABY, TONKS WAS PUSHING ALL THESE HETERONORMATIVE EXPECTATIONS ON HIM.

AND WHO IS TO SAY THAT MARRIAGE WAS TONKS' IDEA? REMUS WAS CLEARLY THE MORE TRADITIONAL OF THE TWO. BESIDES, JKR MADE IT CLEAR THAT WIZARDS DO NOT CARE ABOUT SEXUALITY THE WAY MUGGLES DO.
