I basically flounced from his blog in s3, tbh. I am not sure why s3 was the dealbreaker when s2 is the one full of people bawwing about how Rose is awful, but it reached a point of "ugh I don't even want to potentially read your wrong opinions". I might read some of the s4 ones because yay Donna, but I dunno, it just makes me butthurt.

I think there are often two groups of people in this category, ones who:
a) started with series five, then tried to rewatch the previous seasons to see how much they sucked
b) the kind who "liked Rose with Nine", but then grew to hate everything RTD has ever touched, waited for the regime change, and now that they have ~seen the light with Moffat's Who, they can appreciate how truly awful everything was before it
