Genre: AU. No, really.
Characters/Pairings: Ten/Rose ...in an... AU-ish sort of way.

Summary/Excerpt: Without further warning – without even slowing down – she grabs his hand and tugs him along after her.

Author's notes: Both the AU-ness and the picture were a prompt at then_theres_us. I have disparaged the AU many times in my travels, so now I feel rather stupid, and give you all full permission to point and laugh and call me a hypocrite.

John is halfway to his car when he hears the sound of running.

I read this simply so I could say OMG HYPOCRITE without being lazy about it.
It must be nice to have so many canonical AU's.

Pshh, you expect me to come up with MORE PLOT? I think it is probably safe to assume the Daleks show up at some point and John winds up in a parallel universe. Also, Rose glows.
