Meh. I've been totally stressing about this in-class essay for weeks now. So today rolls around and I am totally relaxed about the entire paper. Totally weirded me out after I got home cuz that just is NOT my style. I'm usually super freaked out about the thing the following week too. Hmmm...strange. Ah well.

Also..work darn Lj-cut! Work darn you! >.<

This looks hilarious - Sukiyaki Western Django! Go go spaghetti western with Quentin Tarantino! Actually I wanna watch it for Yusuke Iseya and Hideake Ito....

Another movie I still wanna catch is a Korean one called The Good The Bad The Weird with Lee Byung-Hun (イ・ビョンホン). Fear my cutting and pasting skills!

And continuing the Western theme I'll end on an American movie! Appaloosa! with Ed Harris, Viggo Mortensen, Jeremy Irons and Renee Zellweger. Bit more serious minded than the first two but still looks pretty darn good.

Ahahaha I'm so gonna watch that movie/musical! Anthony Stewart Head, Alexa Vega, Sarah Brightman...and Paris Hilton? 0_o A scifi gory musical brought to you by the director of several SAW movies...Who can resist? Hopefully Repo! The Genetic Opera will come out in a theater semi near.

Speaking of music...won free concert tickets to Three Days Grace for next month. Best Friend threatened to smack me if I didn't take her...she likes 'em ^_^

Also, The Fall is out on DVD. Omg Love. Tarsem Singh is awesome. About a guy in a hospital telling a little girl who had a bad fall a story....really.

Now back to watching Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog ...again. Because Joss Whedon is fun. Plus gotta love Neil Patrick Harris + Nathan Fillion singing!

Yup, I live! It's scary posting after being gone so long...I feel the need to hide since i'm terrible at keeping up with this....So Hihi anyone who passes by this journal once in a blue moon! *ducks rotten vegetables*

Am trying out the new Google Chrome browser. It's pretty darn fast. There are a few things that make me twitchy just by virtue of being "new". I was way too comfy in my IE niche. Ah well, new experiences are good for the soul.

Now back to working on my Presentation and fixing other computer....yep the real reason i'm posting comes out!

Missed two days of class (well I only have to go in two days a week, rest is online and self-paced study)and it's only the second week of school.

Bad me.

Going back to bed to continue curling up around my box of tissue now.

Tuesday night I was at the bookstore picking out a dictionary. Took me 20minutes.
I then debate on whether to just leave (it's about 9:30pm) or browse a bit more. 2 minutes later I'm flipping through the manga. The intercom goes off telling us to be careful blah blah blah...I wasn't totally paying attention.

Turns out guy was held up with a shotgun to his head outside.

...glad I decided to stay and browse.

I hadn't a clue what had happened outside til the lady at the checkout informed me. Then there were the cops outside. It sort of freaked me out a bit. I mean...what would have happened if I had decided to leave instead of staying?

Talk about timing.

The real big kicker is the newspaper yesterday. I had been a bit jittery since then and lo and behold.

Turns out the guy had been faking it and was now facing charges for a false report.

I'm both relieved and incredibly angry. I'm glad it really hadn't happened. But I'm furious the guy lied. That really scared me. If it had really occurred and I had walked out of that store...
