In 3rd grade I remember having an assignment that asked what we thought the year 2000 would be like. I just KNEW that we would have flying cars... WE'RE GETTING CLOSER!!

I got to make Sophia's 1st birthday cupcakes! I had SO much fun with these. I'm ready for my next order, people, thanks.

apparently i paid a bill to my doctor twice, and i just received a refund check from them for $55. now, I happen to owe this same doctor $40 (not sure why they didn't just refund the check for $15, but whatever).. so bad katie says "spend the money! go buy the cappuccino machine from target!" and good katie says "no, put that check in the bank immediately and pay your bills."

i thought espresso machines were hundreds of dollars. but good ol' target came through for me! i must have this because nothing goes better with a cupcake than a cappuccino. ooo and i can start making my own biscotti!!

my bakery will def. have an espresso machine... it will be a bakery / café. and i'm going to make overpriced coffee!!! but for now, i'll have a baby espresso machine for my house. this way i can perfect my cappuccinos.
