Okay, a couple weeks ago I was still holding onto the joy of sparkly white landscapes and fluffy flakes. But after a gray weekend of slush and ice and undrivable roads and the entire town closing down as another foot of snow gets dumped on our heads, I'm inclined to agree with my fellow Madisonian here:
