SEVERAL Maynard quotes. It was the most I had ever heard him speak at a TOOL concert. I'm thinking A Perfect Circle performances opened him up.

"Where are we? - we were in NY last night, they were louder, but you're better" - then into 46&2

"Something something something, witty comment, something something something insert another witty comment - new album, new song..." - then into Jambi.

After Rosetta Stoned, he asked, -"Have you heard of the internet? It's a place where you can send letters without stamps. Can you imagine that? No stamps? Anyway, you might have read on the internet that I've been sick lately, and we haven't been able to do some songs because I'm an inferior singer. Well, I'm going to try doing them tonight, but know that if I fail, it is because you have failed me." and then went into The Pot. I would've rather heard The Patient again, but oh well.

Maynard fucked up during Vicarious. He missed the lines following "stare like a junkie into the tv" and just sort of stared down at the microphone.

Right before Aenema, Maynard said, -"There's been a lot of flooding around here. A whole lot of floods. I hate to say I told you so...." and during Aenema, when saying 'Some say the end is near, some say we'll see armageddon soon,' he kept pointing to himself.

Then after that, they all came together and hugged, soaked in the adoration everyone was giving them. Threw out water bottles, etc.

Danny was phenomenal, probably the most amazing part of the show was watching him and the visuals. He is fucking insane. I loved it.

Lost Keys sounded fucking amazing. Lateralus was flawless. I was so, so happy to have heard 46&2 finally, and even more psyched to finally hear AENEMA!!! I almost cried during the breakdown. I fucking love that song. Every body was singing along, loudly. I didn't care for Schism soed-up. Couldn't understand SHIT on Rosetta Stoned's voice-box verses. The sound was incredible, though. I don't know what everybody was complaining about. The visuals weren't the best... but still pretty good. There was a paint-swirl part that looked fucking unbelievably cool. Right in Two and The Pot were the only songs I didn't really care for. Hopefully next time, 10,000 days.

And hopefully next time, more than one concert. THANKS, TOOL.
