| Introduction
Based on ancient Chinese mythology, the world of Dream of Mirror Online exists as an alternate reality inside the "Kunlun Mirror," a sacred artifact. According to the legends, the world we know was born from the Kunlun Mirror, and the mirror contains the power to destroy the world as well.
The Kunlun Mirror was originally created to record everything in the world. It reflects the real world and saves a copy of everything within itself. This copy is known as the Kunlun Mirror world. Time does not exist in the Kunlun Mirror world, only in perceptible signs like sunrise and sunset, and the seasons. The caretakers of the Kunlun Mirror world, the Twelve Mirror Kings, are responsible for guarding and overseeing the Kunlun Mirror world.
Enter the World in the Mirror and help the Mirror Kings
Nobody knows when it happened, but at some point in the past, the Kunlun Mirror lost some of its clarity, making it unable to precisely reflect reality. Adding to this trouble is the fact that some of the Mirror Kings have disappeared as well. It is thought that the reason behind these problems is due to the delusions and uncertainties plaguing human beings in the real world. When those "delusions" were reflected in the Kunlun Mirror, they gained physical representations as a variety of odd lifeforms and interfered with the normal operation of the Kunlun Mirror world.
To solve the crisis of the mirror, the remaining Mirror Kings began calling human beings from the real world into the Kunlun Mirror to assist in dealing with the problems created by the distortions of the human mind. Each player has been called to help intervene in the mysteries of the Mirror World.
Since the "delusions" from the real world have turned into dangerous monsters and ghosts in the Mirror World, the Mirror Kings have used their powers to guarantee that the real world visitors cannot truly die while in the Mirror world. Each visitor is "born" into the Mirror World in a new form befitting the new world, ready to explore and adventure to their heart's content!

When new visitors are called by the Mirror Kings to enter the Kunlun Mirror world, they are 'reborn' into the Mirror World as a male or female from one of four races: Human, Shura, Sylph, and Sprite. Each race embodies its own unique characteristics, and what visitors become reflects their preferences and personalities. | my angelic layer vol 1 is missing up aka frezzing up while watching it. so call animenation to see if i can get a replacement. they said i can, so i'm sending back the dvd i've by overnight though usps. they will refund the money i spented on the sending of the dvd.
