ummmm.... if you for any odd reason want to hear about my cfs and all my aches and pains, just add me as a friend. cuz it's a friends only kinda thing. not looking for advice. i just need to write down this shit for my own record... ya know?
but there is nothing like knowing that you're NOT alone with any chronic illness that the very condition it's self is debated and hardly recognized.

i should have done this a long time ago-
yesterday-
went to bed at night- took one thorazadone. slept great all night. woke up groggy at 10am
got up anyway and kellee came over at 1pm. we hit the mart in the heat for a few hours. had general pain all over especially in my left arm. had a hard time standing up.
ate some taco-bell and got REALLY nasty sick from it. horrible. will never eat that again.
kellee left at like 8pm- james was gone all day-
i hit the computer to work- still felt bad. took a shower. at 11pm decided to go to bed .
watched tv till 1am.
took 3 Bayer for pain0- no help- arm still hurts HORRIBLY all over body pain worse- pain in left side of my jaw and cheek. weird.
got idea for heath journal.
started journal.
james not home yet.
