Todays been alright. I havent weighed myself b/c im waiting until saturday. Hopefully i will see some recults.

an apple
small salad
pickle and cheese
around 450 calories
I have 2 hours of dance later so ill burn like 350 off
I have finals this week. I HATE FINALS!!!! Wish me luck

Its my dads birthday and everyone is downstairs eating cake, but thankfully i am not!!! I really want some though b/c it smells SO good!!! I will NOT give in to temptation!!! God i hate birthdays and parents and old people.
