I'm new at making icons (if you can't tell). I use this little unknown
paint program (MS picture it! photo 7.0) because at the moment i'm too
poor to afford a good program :/ It works for me... I'm big on Harry
Potter icons because it's my main love. I'm dabbling in finding other
bases & screen caps for other movies & TV shows I have listed under
"FANDOM" on my page. :]
