God I wish everything would work out just once! I've been so unstable these past weeks it's driving me crazy. No focus and one moment I'm ecstatic, the other I feel like crap... It's completely exhausting. I study fulltime, work and my grandma just died so I have this massive amount of stuff to do... *sigh*
Well, it's not all bad since I'm happy half of the time, it's the other half that gets to me. It's not even from day to day, it's from hour to hour which weirds me out a bit since I can usually keep a good or bad mood for the better part of the day. I only hope it passes, I want to focus on my school work right now but it just seems so impossible... |

I want to kill my neighbour!!! He won't let me sleep! I know it's friday but he's not having a party so he can just as well shut the f**k up! Trouble is, I can hear him from my apartment but not from the hallway so I'm not 100% sure which neighbour it is that is pissing me off!!! I have to get up early tomorrow! Stupid idiot person who 1) has the TV on too loud (did anyway) and 2) decides to play guitar and sing in the middle of the night!!! I mean please! Guitar?! I'd rather have my head cut off than listen to some wannabe...oh whatever! (I'm really tired)
I'm even more pissed off at his choice of songs! I mean, it's all radio pop stuff like Westlife! Gaaaaaaahhhhh!!! Ok, I'm done. |

I have Sunday off! Yay, I've worked for eight days straight now, only one more day and I have one day off. Me happy! :) And on a Sunday! (the only one for a while now) What to do, what to do?! I was going to say endless possibilities, but it is Sunday after all so the possibilities are a bit limited. I've made plans with a friend, it's picnic or the art museum depending on money and the weather. Since I'm out of money and she cancels 80% of our plans I thought I might go see Spider-man 2. Hmm, I should get some school work done... Maybe I'll just sleep and do nothing... Time will tell. |

I love rain! I know a lot of people are going to be disappointed if it rains the rest of the summer, because there hasn't been many sunny days since May, but I couldn't care less. I love rain, especially when it's warm outside. I love dancing around and get all soaked when it's pouring, now is the only time when I don't freeze to death doing that. |

It's strange. I'm only working about 60% and I'm still tired when I get home. I'm not tired when I get off work, I'm tired when I get home. I think it has to do with the time to and from work. It takes me almost an hour to get there and almost one and a half to get home (stupid summer bus schedules). For some reason it makes me tired. Or maybe I'm just a lazy student who's used to deciding when and where to work :D
Oh well, at least I like my work so far. I've met two of the three "regulars" and I like both of them and next week one of my best and closest friends starts working there too. I'm working all weekends July-August and at least half of them with her. It's weird because I don't see my friend and me as adults (we're 25) but we're actually going to manage a jewellery shop together... alone. Definite weirdness.
Imaging that, jewellery is spelled different in American (jewelry) and British (jewellery)... I wonder who it was that decided to drop the extra l :) The down-side to the American/British spelling thingie is that I sometimes can't remember the correct spelling but the up-side is that there's a pretty good chance that I get the spelling right :) |

Greece won! Heh, who knew?! I didn't care who won but the people I was watching with wanted Greece to win so I ended up cheering them on too. I loved the guy who ran on to the field! He looked so funny when he didn't slow down until he ran into the net! |

Portugal won over Holland!!! I love it!!! Okay, so I might be holding a grudge after the penalties the other day but it's still really nice. The commentator said that it's the first time Portugal has ever reached the uefa euro finale (of course, I have no idea whether or not that is true). I bet the Portuguese are having the best time ever! :) |

What to do this week? Watch season 5 and 6 of DS9 or finish my essay? Tough choice :) I never thought much of DS9 (I didn't like Sisko) so I never watched more than one season but since a friend of mine have the whole series I thought I might just as well. I've already seen most of the other Star Trek series and I do have a weakness for anything Star Trek... DS9 has turned out to be pretty good, I still don't like Sisko but I like the other characters so I can overlook him. So YAY for having a whole three seasons left to watch!!! :) |

...my TV!!! Right now I wish I hadn't gotten rid of it. Why? Strangely enough UEFA Euro 2004. It's really annoying not being able to see the quarter-finals. I listen to it on the radio but it's definitely not the same thing - and I find the commentators quite annoying. I'll have to find some sports bar close by or something. At least on Saturday when it's Sweden vs Netherlands :) I wouldn't want to miss that. |

So we're voting on who's going to sit in the EU parliament in a week or so. I'm so lost; this is the first election where I don't have a TV. I guess I can read up on the internet but it's not the same. I don't really like any of parties though... It's like this every single election; if I didn't feel obligated I probably wouldn't vote :) But if I don't some even more clueless people are going to choose something even worse, like the extreme left or something :D - I really don't believe in extremes when it comes to politics.
Oh well, I have a whole week to read up so it's ok. I guess it all comes down to actually making a choice; I really suck at making choices. I'm one of those people who take forever to order something off the menu because there are too many options. |
