At the peak of his career of hosting a hit network television show Brian Fantana knew he was on top of the world. He could have any woman he wanted...maybe even Cher. That would really stick it to Sonny Bono and the rest of the world.

While pondering this one day at a prestige day spa Fantana decided to try out an exclusive product that the rest of America hadn't become intimately acquainted with yet: the tanning bed. He was soon forgotten about, however...pinching the assistant on the rear wasn't exactly endearing. Finally after a worthy struggle with man-made technology Brian was able to discover the safety latch.

Emerging from the tanning bed, lightly bronzed, he discovered the place had changed. The bed was located in some sort of basement. Not wanting his tan to go to waste by being hidden away from the world he immediately made for the nearest exit in his red white and blue speedo. Outside were terribly pale people moaning and griping around wildly. They were filthy and waste was strewn freely about the streets. He came to the fateful confusion.

He was the most attractive man on the planet. Manifest destiny...or something like that.
