to; 1. First, I started out with my picture, mirrored it, and cropped it down to 100X100: 2. Duplicate the background and set it to screen 100%. 3. Add two layers of a dark blue color, set to exclusion 100%. I used:  4. Copy merge the whole thing, and paste the merged layer on top. Set it to Soft light. 5. Add 3 layers of a light blue color set to burn 100% underneath the soft light merged layer. I used:  6. Copy merge the whole image again, and paste it on top. Set to normal. 7. Go to "enhance photo" at the top of the screen.  8. Click "automatic contrast enhancement"  . And set it like so:  9. Then click "automatic saturation enhancement"  and set it like so:  *and voila. you're done: *Use this techniqe to get icons like:    |
