i am hiding in a class

EDIT: It's been almost 3 hours and the police just came and escorted us out of the school.
All but residence and the basement of the building I was in are being allowed to leave.

Lots of people I know have absolutely no idea what this whole strike business is all about (which is concerning since I go to film school...) so I decided that just incase you fine folks are a little confused I would post two videos which I found particularly helpful.

First is called Why We Fight and it explains very clearly the reasons behind the strike

Second is a video of strikers from The Office explaning what is going on.

Both videos can be found at www.unitedhollywood.com which is a really great blog to get info/video updates on the whole situation.
