Personality: Lydia is a quiet but friendly girl who loves to draw pictures and tell stories. She has an obvious fear and resentment of other vampires and speaks of them in utter disgust. She loathes the form that she becomes at night and only drinks enough blood to survive…sometimes going for many days without it.

History: Lydia was not always a doll...She was originally born as a human in Persia during the mid-1600s. Her Italian father was an artist and taught her how to draw and paint, while her Greek mother taught her the art of storytelling. One night, her parents were killed by two viciously hungry vampire sisters named Zobedie and Sylvie. The vampiresses discovered that Lydia looked exactly like their dead sister Amine, so they decided that Lydia would replace her, and they made her like them. One day, she "contacted" me in my mind, when I saw a picture of her. She said she was cold and starving; that she needed a home. I agreed to “sponsor” her if she agreed to be my “daughter” from now on. She has journeyed long and far to come stay with me. And so our story begins…

Race: Elf (Shapeshifter tribe)

Personality: Xander is a devious, bratty, obnoxious little kid, pretty much the exact opposite of Lydia. He's a shapeshifter, which means he can change himself and others into just about whatever he wants. He tends to use these powers to play pranks on unsuspecting people and create all sorts of mischief. His only problem is that sometimes these pranks backfire on him because he can't always figure out how to change the people back...It's a skill he never quite mastered.

History: Not much is known about Xander's past except that he was considered a "delinquent" in the elf society. He got into really big trouble when he turned Lydia into a doll as a joke, and then was only able to change her back halfway. Lydia was a loved and respected friend of the elves, as she helped protect their forest homes in several parts of Europe. Therefore, when Xander was unable to correct this mistake he had made, he was sentenced to banishment from the Shapeshifter tribe--and all elf society. He ended up wandering around several cities and villages, creating chaos and mayhem everywhere he went. Finally, he found out where Lydia was staying and decided to come live with us, because deep down he loves Lydia like a big sister and feels terrible about what he did to her...though he would never show it in a million years.

Personality: Douban seems shy and innocent, but that's only because he can't speak English very well and he is very new to this world. In reality he is a talented, highly intelligent doctor (though his knowledge of the field is about 4 centuries outdated ^^;;) and he has a fascination with paranormal illnesses, particularly vampirism (aka the "Nosferatu Virus" or "Crimson Plague"). He has a tendency to be overprotective of his "sister" Lydia because he cares about her more than anything.

Personality: Phoenix is happy, bubbly, hyper and friendly, almost to an obnoxious extent. She's pretty oblivious to a lot of things and quite airheaded, but she's just so darn cute and sweet you can't stay mad at her for very long.

History: Phoenix comes from a family of Elven Shapeshifters and was born and raised in the forests of Greece. She can change her own form and those of others at a whim, but one of her favorite forms is her namesake, the phoenix. Phoenix came to join us after finding out her brother was here because she missed him so much.
