Lately, I've come to terms with my overall lack of awareness: not that any one event prompted this ironic vision, nor crass opinion, nor cranial injury. I simply cannot reconcile both inward and outward attentions, or how I might maintain one eye on each aspect (or is it both eyes on one thing at a time?) I wish that I could live so my eyes never blinked; or if I must blink, grant me at least 4 pairs more, eye-wise!
