FOB will be tapping their veins for a contest, one in which they'll mix their own blood with the printing ink that will be used on a series of promotional posters.Each will be hand-numbered and individually made. In addition, all prints will have a mixture of each member of the band's blood in it."One lucky winner at each of the 43 stops on the tour -- which kicks off on April 18 in Charlotte, North Carolina -- will take home a print, which FOB management said will be "hand-screened variations of the [Infinity on High] tarot-card designs."

Green Day is in the just-released trailer for this summer's "The Simpsons Movie." The trio are shown performing on what looks to be a capsizing stage.
A spokesperson for 20th Century Fox wouldn't confirm anything, but according to the band's rep at Warner Bros./ Reprise, the erstwhile American Idiots do appear in the film and will even have a song featured. It's not clear if the tune will be something written specifically for the Simpsons' flick, which hits theaters July 27. ...

According to PEOPLE magazine, James Blunt was involved in a car accident early Saturday morning. While attempting to leave a pre-Oscar party at CAA agent Bryan Lourd's house, the pop singer ran over a man's foot. Police were called to the scene but there's no word on whether Blunt faces any charges.

Fall Out Boys bassist Pete Wentz denies being involved with Ashlee Simpson. Wentz, 27, has regularly been spotted holding hands and kissing Simpson, but denies it is anything serious. Wentz insists the two are not an item, and told Rolling Stone magazine, "Maybe in a different universe we'd be some hot couple, but not in this one."

Wentz draws attention while the rest of Fall Out Boy focuses on the music,
"It basically forced us to make an album quickly because I wanted to make sure people remembered that we're a band and not a sideshow," says Stump. "People always want to see Pete in this 'I'm-a-crazy-rock-star' light and it's a shame because they lose so much about him in the fine print. And more than anything, they lose so much about the music. It's horribly frustrating."
"People only want to hear about drama and bad stuff," adds guitarist Joe Trohman. "No one wants to know that things are good."

Benji Madden might be a rock-star DJ, but because of his friendship with longtime spinner Junior Sanchez, he's one of the few who's bothered to learn how to mix. That's why a recent Page Six report about Benji not knowing how to use the DJ equipment at New Jersey club Bliss struck a sour note: I've seen him spin, and yes, he knows how to match beats, and makes pretty smart musical connections as a result, impressing this jaded clubber. I e-mailed Junior about the item, and he says it was all a mix-up: "He didn't suck. They [the crowd] just weren't into his music. It was a guido club that wanted Jonathan Peters–type poo. Benji is actually a pretty good DJ—he gets better and better, and can hold almost any club down." He paused. "As long as there's no guidos involved."

Miller dropped a few hints as to what the future might hold at Fox's party last month during the Television Critics Association winter press tour.
"I think we'll see a tapering off of the government conspiracy and old scores settled," Miller said while surrounded by a throng of reporters clamoring for information on the series. "The fact remains, although Michael did get his brother exonerated, he held up a bank and they did escape from prison, which is an offense. And they've committed countless offenses in the episodes since. I think he's looking at some real jail time."
So, the setting of "Prison Break" might return to prison?
"Unless he's pardoned, too, it looks likely," Miller said.

Ashlee Simpson is back together with Pete Wentz, according to Digital Spy reports.
Simpson and Fall Out Boy bassist Wentz were said to be dating last year, after Simpson's break up with Braxton Olita.
But, the singer denied the reports.
However, a source now claims the two were together at a pre-Grammy party last weekend, reporting to perezhilton.com that "they were holding hands and acting all coupley".

FALL OUT BOY are vowing to beat music download pirates by adding a bonus EP to leaked album INFINITY ON HIGH. Despite original reports, the DANCE, DANCE stars have no plans to alter the album's 6 February (07) release date after it was recently leaked on the internet - but they have decided to include a special EP to reward fans who wait to buy it legally. Fall Out Boy were devastated to hear about Infinity On High's premature release. Bassist PETE WENTZ says, "This isn't the end of the world, but it certainly feels pretty terrible." Fans who wait to purchase a physical copy of the album will be able to download a free EP of live tracks recorded in London when they insert the CD into their computer.
